Unprecedented global heat is a fact

I read today that May was the hottest month on record, marking 12 months of unprecedented global heat. Parts of South and Central America, and south-east Asia spent nearly half the year under unusually hot conditions.
For example, Ecuador had 180 days of extreme heat whereas, without the influence of climate changes, the number would have been 10. An extreme heat day is defined as one where the temperature is 90% warmer than all observed temperatures at the site from 1991-2020. The four places with the most extreme heat days were Suriname, Ecuador, Guyana and El Salvador. Africa is also seeing an increase in overall temperatures.
Experts are saying that people need to find new ways of dealing with what is becoming the new norm as regards temperatures. We can’t change the natural course of weather apart from lowering emissions through such things as burning fossil fuels so we’ll have to learn to deal with it.

I know what you mean since the heat in south Louisiana during the summer is like being inside of an oven.

And yet there are still people that don't acknowledge Climate Change or Global Warming.

I hate on TV when I see fire and toxic fumes going into the atmosphere. I always think..well that certainly isn't helping the situation

Oh really?? That's sad. It's awful being too hot and having no way to get cool.
