Before I left I posted my three remaining window units for sale on Facebook and had awesome response. One was to Zogie (Scott Zogelman) who has been a friend to me and Bob. The other two were picked up by a local city employee, who I think was waiting for me to get home. I did not make it in the house before he showed up. Again, this man has helped me out more than once and I appreciate him, so it felt good, because I sold them for a really fair price. I delivered the last on to Zogie's shop and we talked and talked.
Now the air conditioners are no longer outside my house. I can use that table for something else.
I spent more on plants at Zogie's than he paid for the air conditioner. It was a fun time all around. He gave me some free. I have some things I will take to him as well. Plant loving friends are the best.
I still have things to do before bed, so good night to all.
We left town on time to make it to Bob's appointment at the time it was scheduled. We got a call that he was late. The schedule had changed, and although the receptionist had told him, yesterday, he had not listened. I got to check with her on dates and times for all the rest of his appointments because he also has three other appointments in the next two weeks. His last appointment will be June 17. They were able to see him when he got there, although it was not the time they planned.
I shopped. I had a recipe I needed stuff for, and Bob has a recipe he wants to make as well.

I go in with Vince to his appointments at the moment. I call myself 'the memory backup'. It's easy for us really. I'm always available and have to drive him anyway and he is on so many medications, he struggles to remember things.

I did that with my hubby too after his open-heart surgery. He wanted another set of ears at all his appointments. Hope he's feeling better. How are you doing?

@LindaOHio Thanks for asking. I'm fine. Vince is a very easy patient.

Sounds like a win-win day with selling the AC units and scoring some plant buddies from Zogie! I guess you've mastered the art of turning errands into mini social events. Now you've got space for more plants—or maybe just more space for activities! avigating Bob's appointments sounds like trying to solve a puzzle blindfolded, but you're handling it like a champ.

You had a wonderful day. I'm glad you sold the windows.
I'm glad you have more plants.
I'm glad Bob could still see the doctor even though the appointment changed, and he didn't write it down.
