Gas prices down yet again in the Bay Area! / myLot

I just got back from playing music with my buddies from Burl Jam. It was a warm but not scorching afternoon in Mike's back yard. We sounded good. Gas prices are down yet again here in the Bay Area. Regular is at something like $4.75, high anywhere else in the Country, but low for the Bay Area. I'll have to check why. I am off to play softball now. No rest for the wicked, as my step-mother used to say. Hopefully I'll get to relax with some Scotch before bed. How was your day? And of course, are gas prices still dropping where you live?

My Mum used to say that too. And 'the devil finds things for idle hands to do'. They seem to be a bit contradictory to me. I need to think about it.

I heard it as, "Idle hands are the Devil's playground." I guess it means keep kids busy.

I won't know what our gas looks like till around Wednesday when I go to therapy & the prescriptions shop to pick up the rest of my meds they didn't fill last week, but glad to hear that it's going down near you.

Your day sounds fantastic! Playing music in the warm weather must have been a blast. It's great to hear that gas prices are down in your area. As for me, my day has been good so far.

@TheHorse The most expensive I have seen it in the last couple of days, was $3.46. I haven't had to get gas since last week. I think, last Wednesday when we filled up

Gas here is $3.49 a galloon at most places. Some places in California it is over $5.00 per galloon. My friend that lives in California is mad about that.

@jstory07 We have really high population density along the California Coast. There are all sorts of additives in our gas to keep pollution down. And of course we're a "big" state, so demand is high.
