One of the funniest calls I took as a customer service rep. when I worked with HP, a young woman called in having a problem with her computer. If she had a Windows operating system I could send her to the repair service right away. If she didn't I would have to give her a different number to call. So I asked and her reply was hilarious. She said: "Uh, yes. I have one in front of me that I am looking out of right now and one to the side." I had to mute the phone I was laughing so hard.

Maybe that was why she was having problems with her computer: too stoopid to live.

You had an interesting job. I love the story. Years ago I did cold calling for a thrift store. I refused to call Richard Cox.
