I finally made fritters.

In spite of the heaters, it is so cold here that I just want to eat something hot.
So I got out the rest of the chicken I had roasted some time ago. I had asked Anita last week to take every single bit of meat from the carcass and I froze it.
Now I thawed it, mixed it with beaten eggs and bread crumbs and fried it. It was delicious. I still have some left and I will later eat that with hot rice. But that will be late, after my nap and after I give Luna her food.
Fritters are something very delicious, specially if you are alone in the house and don´t have to fry a lot. These fritters reminded me of some more elegant ones I used to make for company. I´d fry big shrimp marinated in some garlic. It was delicious.Now I don´t buy shrimp as they have become very expensive.
If I am hungry tonight, I´ll also make some cauliflower fritters. They are awesome too.

It is. And they are easy to make. I first thought I´d make a sauce but it would have taken too long.

They sound tender and tasty. We don't eat these but they do sound good. We eat as little as possible those things that have to be cooked on the stove. It is just too hot.
