Pay Rent Portal Offline AGAIN/STILL

Back in March 2024, the BCACHA(Boise City Ada County Housing Authority)website where I pay our rent notified us that the portal on the site would be down while they upgraded to another system. So I paid our rent by check. It has been offline ever since. Now isn't that absurd? Upgrade to a new system and your regular system goes down. This will be the fifth month. That's a real upgrade. So I am back to paying by check like I used to years ago. Sure glad I saved some checks.

The same thing happened to me with our HOA portal. They upgraded their system, and said they would be offline for a short period of time and it wound up being months. I had to pay by check too.

I almost got rid of all my checks. Glad that I didn't.

@celticeagle I always keep some checks on hand along with stamps. You just never know when you have to step back in time, write a check and mail it
