Was it Telepathy?

I saw a discussion about animal communication with humans on FB. I said my dog (from long ago) looked into my eyes and told me she was pregnant. Everyone thought that it was impossible but I was not making it up. What do you think? Can dogs and cats communicate with people via telepathy? What did your pet tell you?

I'm not sure if it's telepathy but they certainly can communicate from time to time.

I just know what my sweet Annie told me when she looked in my eyes. It could be a one-time thing but I know it happened.

I would not call this telepathy, but they can communicate with us.

@akalinus Scientists and researchers are sure that canine telepathy does not exist. May be you are sensitive and YOU sense pregnancy. My grandfather never failed to sense pregnancy in humans and animals.

@LadyDuck I know that if you love your dog, he or she is tuned in to your thoughts. To them, you are god and the most important part of their lives. I think the researchers are wrong and time will bear that out. I read about a dog that went missing. The owners moved and the dog finally came home, to their new place. How could he find them if there was no communication open between them?

If it is not telepathy, what do you think it is? How do they tell us things?

I want to think they can. My cat Precious seemed to always know when I was in pain and needed a break. I suddenly have a lap cat when I have a full bladder.I can usually tell what Chilly wants.

Precious knows he can heal your pain so she wants to comfort you. What does Chilly want?

That is a good question since my knowledge of cats wanting either to leave the home or bedroom is to meow and look at the door when I am trying to get some sleep in the morning.

You should know by now that you are not allowed to sleep when the cat gets up.

@Deepizzaguy I think it might be a law. But, who knows for sure?

I believe that they are in tune to us. I know when our best friend was dying from cancer, our beloved Buttons sensed Mike and I were upset and she came and sat with us on the couch, rubbing on us and purring. Like she was comforting us. I miss our sweet girls.

We always miss the ones who leave us. Dogs and cats should live as long as we do.

I don't believe it's telepathy; but dogs are very sensitive to your moods and needs. Have a good day.

I don't know how else I could have known without her telling me before there were other signs. It must have happened that time that she disappeared for a couple of days.

I don't know;but I think it's possible.I had read somewhere that even plants and trees communicate with each other.
