We Got New Phones and a New Phone Service

Jay signed up with Verizon, for a new phone service. These phones are a lot nicer than our old phones with Consumer Cellular.
My son called this morning, my very first phone call. His voice was clear and our call wasn't interrupted in any way.
So far, I'm pleased with our new service, with Verizon.
I sent a few text messages to friends and it worked perfect. I didn't want to learn a new phone, but this one is almost exactly like my other phone. The quality is a lot better!

The best thing about Android or IOS, is the basic opporations are virturally the same. So learning a new phone is usually not a problem. I am happy you're happy with a new phone and the service. Virson is good. I use their Visable service, and I'm in love. So, I hope you'll be happy with yours.

Even after one day, I'm very happy with Verizon's service:) This phone is almost exactly like my Samsung.

@kaylachan OH my gosh, Jay said it's probably a Samsung! It does look like my old phone, except it's blue and much sturdier. It might be a Motorola.

I like a phone that's simple. So, I can receive/send text messages and receive/send phone calls.

Almost any phone is better than that crap Consumer Cellular peddles. I like my Motorola phone, lots of storage space on it. Something in common we both hate Consumer Cellular and boring stuck in the desert movies..

We need to dump Consumer Cellular in the hot desert sun! And then make millions putting them in a very boring movie!

@kobesbuddy No matter which is the provider the smartphone is a sort of small computer. most of them have an Android system.

We are happy with Verizon, they are an honest company. Consumer Cellular, they are dishonest and they like to cheat their customers!

Great to learn you've got new phone. Hopefully the network and software will run smoothly ..
One thing I've noticed about electronic devices is that we need to replace after 3-5 years with new ones, this items always gets updated and make slower... At the end... I only stick to simple phone to call or receive any person

We were forced to purchase Smart phones. That's all Verizon sells at this time.

I have cell phone coverage through my cable provider, and they are affiliated with Verizon. Excellent company.

Verizon is a very good company, they care about their customers. Consumer Cellular, they are dishonest and treat customers with disrespect.

Verizon is definitely a good choice. They have better quality and coverage. They have better features and have a decent customer care. However, please do sue your existing service providers for the payment issue. They cannot take advantage of common people and make excuses. Good Luck!
