Well, for the most part, it's night time. It's after one A.M, and that means there's not a whole lot left to do. I have one more tube feed to give George, and it'll be bedtime for the both us for the most part. Though from the looks of it, I'm going to have to wake him up to get it done. I hate doing that.
He did try and eat some speggetii though, but he's not able to eat enough in one sitting. I, nor any doctor, can expect th to magically change when his tube goes.

I had a wildly busy day with more monsoon rains, flooding everywhere and even some roads blocked due to flooding. I was glad to get home.
Hey, it’s good to hear that George ate spaghetti,even if it wasn’t a lot. He just keeps on trying and you just keep on encouraging him. No magic available, unfortunately, I wish there was!

He's not only my husband, but my best friend. He had a rough day today after we got home, but he went out with me and that's more than I could ask for.

Our sleep patterns have gone down the ... tubes for a better term. I'm happ that we have anything at all, but recovery is never an easy process.

@porwest That's a fair point.

@kaylachan No. It's not. But so long as you are strong, which you are, it makes it easier than it might be for others.

I’m saying good morning to your good night!
I was very busy last night.
George may not get to lose his tube until he has the ability to eat enough for his nutrition needs.

That's what his doctor's say, and he will show that on the scale. He's gained the weight back he lost in the hospital. He just needs to be at healthy BMI.

It would be so much better for George, if that feeding tube could be removed. Does it go directly into his stomach or down his throat?

I'm glad George still tries to eat. Baby steps! Have a good day.
