Wearing a different hat

About a year and a half ago, Bob was pretty depressed by his health. He began writing in his spare time to help his attitude. It started as memories and then this spring he has expanded into fictional stories that are longer.
He writes by hand and is very awkward on the keyboard. I had promised him some time ago that I would type for him. I started on it today.
Actually it seems I am both typist and editor. That is okay. It makes him happy.
So that is most of what I have done today.

That's great that Bob is writing. I used to write tons of articles, stories and reviews. Have a good weekend.

Well I had my regular 6 mo check up and one area of concern has improved. Bob seems to be doing well.He has a bunch of check ups coming up next week.

Hey as long as you can do it for him. My husband is the same way. I'm the typist in my family.

Now he does it for entertainment and it is a really positive thing. Neither of us wants to be the typical old person.
