Good morning from HOT Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. The current temperature is 82 F and expected to get to 87 F.
Today's plans are to do as little as possible. I have a wet towel around my neck as I am dripping with sweat. I went for my walk on the trails, industrial and pond this morning. I just got back. It was 77 F when I went out and there was a slight breeze.
So, I will be here, playing my games, and working on my books. I hope to get all the notifications finished today.

I kept it pretty steady this week. No great loss, but considering I'm just over bronchitis, I did well.
How did you do this week with your weight, or was it too hot to exercise? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

Is your tummy being all weird again? You worry me, you seem to have quite a few bad tummy days. Take care of yourself, Jill.

@MarieCoyle Yes yesterday was awful. I couldn't keep water down. I kept trying though. I must have puked 30 times.

189.7 is a wonderful accomplishment, the hardest endeavor is to maintain weight-loss:) Good job!

@just4him And sometimes, maintaining your loss there is water weight taking up some space.

I think I am doing pretty well. I am now trying to remember to do something I learned from the book Atomic Habits. I try to remember to ask myself What would a healthy person do? The author says he knows someone who lost 100 lbs just by asking herself that every time she went to eat. I don't have 100 pounds to lose, but still..it helps to consider that every time you go to eat or exercise. In other words, always be mindful..and don't just pop stuff in your mouth for the heck of it.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I'm still holding around 25 pounds lost. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

You are truly doing great, and in the heat it is hard to exercise. I hope your bronchitis has taken a huge hike and went off into the distance, never to return. I hate bronchitis and the constant coughing, so irritating and exhausting. Take good care, Valerie.

Just remember how far you've come. When I get discouraged, I get out the one pair of ''fat pants'' I kept from before I lost those pounds. I look at them, hold them up to myself, and just know I will never, ever let myself return to that state. It's difficult, but so worth it!
