Pierce County Sheriffs Department (PCSD) officers in Parkland Washington answered an emergency call from residents in the area after they saw a wallaby wandering on the streets on Sunday morning on the corner of 158th Street East and B Street East.
The wallaby was causing traffic to be on hold when the officers of the PCSD came to take the wallaby off of the streets and the animal was taken by the police officers to Debbie Doolittle's Petting Zoo where the animal even though a spokesperson at the petting zoo denies that the wallaby escaped from their zoo.

Glad this animal is safe again. Animals don't understand traffic and I always worry about these type of situaitons.
