I got on the scale today

I used to weigh myself every morning before my shower but I'm just not obsessive about it these days. As long as my clothes fit then I'm fine with whatever the number is. I weighed myself about a week and a half ago before I went to MVC to update my drivers license. I weighed 183 pounds. I'm fine with that. My realistic weight goal is 180. I don't look it. Today I decided to see what it was and the scale read 178. That's 5 pounds less in less than 2 weeks. I haven't done anything in particular but my appetite also hasn't been great. I don't much credence to being up or down a pound or two but 5 pounds is significant. I won't be sad to see the number go down further but I also won't be upset if it gets back up over 180. It just isn't important to me. Like I said--as long as my clothes fit and I don't have to buy larger ones then I'm good.

Congratulations! I got on the scales this morning, and I’m 3.6 pounds from the 60-pound weight loss mark. Here’s to skinny gals!

You’re about my fighting weight. I only weigh-in once per month and vary between 80 and 85kg (176 to 187lbs), give or take a cream cake or two. So if you want to have a wrestling tag-team partner, I’m your man!

Losing 5 pounds in less than two weeks, that's realistic. If it was one week, I'd be worried that you're possibly sick. Only you know that you're not, so I'm sure you're taking care of your health! I'm too thin, but I feel great. So, why visit my doctor, when I'm not sick? The blood tests are all negative:)

You're doing well. It's a shame that you don't feel well so often though. Have a great day.
