Happy August!
Good morning from Hot Green Bay, Wisconsin. It's 76 F and feels like 80 F. We're expecting rain this afternoon.
It's a good day today. I know I don't usually start the Morning Brief like that, but it is. I'm getting my hair cut today. It's been two months. I needed to cancel last month because of the bronchitis. So, the day is finally here and I will look sane again. My hair is so long it's tragic.
Otherwise, the plan of the day is the usual: getting my steps, working on a book, playing my games, and hanging out with you. I think I'll keep my walking to inside today. The air is stifling.
I'll also watch the Olympics.

I would never call 76 F hot, but sometimes it can feel that way if it is uncomfortably humid. I got a hair cut last week so I should be good to go for awhile.

I'm sure temps are hotter where you live. Yes, it's humid. There's a faint breeze which makes it almost tolerable.

Enjoy your haircut. I hate when my hair gets too long.

When my husband's 3rd cousin's kids go back to school she will take me to get my hair cut. It really needs it. I'm just waiting to hear how my husband is doing. Have a good day.
