Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 91 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. Hot hot hot!
I was up late and didn't wake up until like 11am this morning. 
It is fine. I don't have anything important to do today. Even the cats were like WTF why aren't you awake yet?
I am HUNGRY today after 2 days of no food. I'm finally cooking the chicken cacciatore that I had planned. It smells soooooo good. I can't wait to have some. After that I'm going to finally make the corn chowder that I've had on my list.
In a true sign of summer I had no idea what day it was yesterday or today. I kept thinking that Tuesday was Wednesday and yesterday was Thursday (today). 
Well today is Thursday. Okay fine. All I care about is that I got my summer savings deposit today. 
The sun is shining so I will head over to the pool in a bit. I haven't been in a few days. I'm already pretty dark but I always like to work on my tan. 
I'll read, soak in the pool, and soak up the rays.
What's everyone else up to today?

I have laundry to do today. It's been pretty hot so I' mot in a hurry. This evening I need to get the recyceling out. trash, too.

People burn so much more easily nowadays. At least they do here. I think the ozone layer is thinner or somesuch.

I love chicken corn chowder. Please save some of the corn chowder for me. I will be waiting to hear how my husband is doing. I am still hoping he will be home on Sunday.
