Feeling better...leg is still red, but slowly fading. Actually walked some without the walker.
Made Meatloaf, Mashed Taters and Itlalian Green Beans for supper. We have had too many meals without veggies here lately..decided it was time for a REAL dinner. Meatloaf is actually pretty easy to make.
Stayed at home all day...got my lotto tickets yesterday so no need to go anywhere. Hope everyone is safe down below us in FL.

@Ghostlady It might sound hard, but if you can give yourself permission to sit, you can elevate that leg. I do it every chance I can get.

Funny you mention "roughage," as we call it. We have been eating a lot of cheesy dishes and red meat dishes lately, and so we had dinner salads last night for dinner. Helps to "break things up" better when you have eaten too many binding things. lol

Nothing going on over here in the Panhandle. Last I heard it is hugging the western side of the state, and could hit what they call the Big Bend...that would be Apalachicola area which is over 100 miles away. Hoping the weather people have guessed the right path..we are still recovering from Hurricane Michael.
