No pictures or funny story about dinner. Pretty simple tonight. I didn't thaw any meat. So I am making breaded chicken tenders, and mashed potatoes, and pizza rolls for the kiddos.
Nothing that exciting.
We are watching Fools Gold while dinner cooks.
She child is actually watching it with us, which is surprising.
I'm just hoping we can ease her back into school routiene before she goes back a week from tomorrow.

I made something delicious today just by chance. I had some leftover mashed potatoes from lunch so I added flour to them and made patties with cheese inside. Then I fried them. I served them with sugar over them. It came out incredibly good. I´ll make them again soon.

You don't have to have flour to make them. I do it with just leftover mashed potatoes and bacon grease to fry them.

I found some on sale the last time we went to the grocery store. I should proabably take them out and thaw them for tonight.
