I have about an hour

It is just after six thirty. I have about an hour until I need to get out the door. I have done nothing to get ready so far.
Today is the day I have my one on one rescheduled, and other than that we will just work on our room and schedules for our individual kids.
We are having to make some process changes in our day. Every year we do have to change. Often it is an improvement.
It will be hot today. This is the first day in a while that it will be in the upper 90's. Sitting still for meetings yesterday many people felt cold, but it will be different today because we will be moving around.
Breakfast is calling to me, so I must go. I have a lunch packed already and that is a good thing.
I have gotten to read a few posts this morning and this is good, for sure.

Sounds like you have a busy day ahead, but it seems like you’ve got a good handle on things! It’s great that you’re planning to work on your room and kids’ schedules. It’s always nice to find ways to improve processes. And with the hot weather, I’m sure you’ll appreciate that lunch you packed. Enjoy your breakfast, and I hope everything goes smoothly with your one-on-one and the rest of your day!

I hope your one on one goes well.
Change is very good. I know I should make some changes, but I don't know how to go about it.
It has been very hot here lately. It's supposed to be cooling down here soon according to the weather forecast but it still feels hot again today.
