I Seem to be Back At it

The temperature and air quality have been lower in the last few days. I decided to open the window in my room last night for a couple of hours. It sure was nice to breathe normally again. Get some deep breaths. Thank you all for putting up with this old bundle of flesh and bone. I guess I am back.

The doctor did prescribe an inhaler but I haven't needed to use it. It is good until 2026 so will save for next year.

I'm trying to. It's playing tricks on me though. Up and down. I opened my window yesterday and then fell asleep. The AQ went up and I got another headache. Ugh!
