Okay, here it is. I was hoping to end the month with a good loss, but at least it's down three from last month. My last report showed a weight of 187.6.

Saturday, 24 August - Weight - 187.5. Exercise: Walking - 77 minutes. Foot cycle - 65 minutes. Total calories burned: 1958. Calories consumed: 1217. Steps: 12,434.
Sunday, 25 August - Weight - 187.9. Exercise: Walking - 88 minutes. Foot cycle - 72 minutes. Total calories burned: 2246. Calories consumed: ? Church picnic. Steps: 14,116.
Monday, 26 August - Weight - 187.4. Exercise: Swimming - 60 minutes. Walking - 165 minutes. Total calories burned: 2500. Calories consumed: 1243. Steps: 14,183.

I walked to the store this morning for things needed for the potluck on Monday, so I have all my steps for the day. I'll work the foot cycle later.
I achieved my lowest weight in the past week. I'll get there again. Swimming helps a lot.

Keep on keeping on as they say .Not too bad with weight basically holding steady

Well still being down for the month is good. Sorry it was up for the end of the week though
