Yesterday I called Dixie to ask them to come for a barbecue here. But today she replied with a plan B sugesting that we could go to our favorite Chinese restaurant near home. Dixie has has a lot of pain after her knee surgery and I think it is because she will not stay in bed. And you can´t do anything with hard headed people. I came back home sooner than planned because she would not let me help. These 2 last days she has been going out as if she had no trouble at all. And last night she could not sleep because of pain. She said that we could treat us to our restaurant "because she can´t help me with everything". I counted to 10 before answering. I was not asking for help. It is easy to make a couple of salads And Humberto can happily be near the barbecue if I keep a glass filled, something to eat and a good conversation. But I loved the Chinese food there so we will go out. I will get ready soon. It is 11 am and they are coming to pick me up at 2 pm. See you friends. The meat I had for the barbecue can keep.
