Yellow and pink everlastings

The collage shows patches of yellow and pink everlastings. Photos never really do justice to what the eye sees so you’ll just have to imagine us seeing these expanses of colour over and over as we drove along the gravel roads through the wildflower areas.
There seems to be a few plants that are called ‘everlastings’. They are sometimes called ‘strawflowers’, and seeds and plants are readily available for home gardeners. Therefore I’m not sure of the correct botanical names.
