Happy Wednesday Everyone! it's a blue-sky sunny day here today. It was chilly overnight but it's warming up nicely this morning. Won't be too hot or humid which is nice. Today is a day to catch up on some stuff around the house (vacuuming, dusting etc). My poor son in law has been complaining about a pain in his neck and shoulder so today I found a neck massager on Amazon that has tons of good reviews so I ordered it for him and he should get it by tomorrow. I hope it works. His birthday is in November and I was going to add it as part of his birthday present but figured he needed it now. While browsing on Amazon I saw some really nice decorative pillows I'd like for my living room so I added them to my cart. I'll probably add them to my wish list for ideas for Christmas since I rarely need anything and my family always complains that they never know what to get me. I'm already thinking about Christmas and think this year I might get bracelets for my granddaughters. They don't wear much jewelry but I'm tired of giving gift cards. I know it's probably too early to even think about Christmas but it's been in the back of my mind. Meanwhile, I need to step away from the computer for a little bit and make myself some breakfast. I can't believe I forgot to eat and now my stomach is complaining. I'll be back

Yep, might as well get things done when you can. I got a nice bracelet from my Mom for Christmas last year. Sadly, I don't have much ocassion to wear it. Maybe I will put it on tomorrow just for fun, as I have a shop to do anyway.

I love jewelry but don't wear much anymore. Feels silly to put it on to hang around the house. You should wear your bracelet when you do your shop.

@Marilynda1225 Yeah, I will have to get it out so I remember. It's a little dressy for daytime wear, but I like how it sparkles.

I wish I had started but I'm always struggling for gift ideas. My grandkids are older now which makes it harder to think of gifts. It was so easy when they were young and wanted toys

I am enjoying this weather personally. It went from hot and humid to cool and lovely. The sunshine is nice to sit in and the breeze takes the 'hot' off of the feeling from it. You're a good Mom to get him the massager now, it would be too little too late at Christmas. He will be touched.

@Marilynda1225 You could seek out a good massage therapist and give him a gift certificate for Christmas, massages are amazingly helpful for pain in the neck and shoulder area.

I just hope it helps. He works hard and I'm sure a lot of the neck and shoulder pain is stress related.

The sooner the better. I hate all the rushing around at Christmastime.

Here, we have a typhoon nearby. Typhoon signal No.3 already hoisted. It appears that it will not directly hit Hong Kong unless it changes its route.

When I think of something I'd like, I try to write it down somewhere so I can suggest it for birthdays/Christmas, etc. But then I mostly lose the list.

It's never too early to think about Christmas. If you can find bargains during the year, you can stock up. Have a good day.
