Cherries - a sheer waste

We have this tart cherry tree that yields profusely I have made cherry juice and wine in the past but this year the rains have not stopped and the cherries that are strewn on the ground are all soaked in rain which I have no use for.
Is there anything I can do with cherries that are soaked in rain?

To see them rotting there is not a pleasant sight

I can understand your frustration in not being able to use them all. I just don’t have any helpful solutions if you feel the rain contains pollution that would get in the way of them being any good (as it appears in your reply to Anna).

No matter how clean the air is I still feel that water is not pure.

As long as the are not soft or moldy, maybe you can boil them for a juice.

Thank you. Since they will be soaked in rain water which as you know is contaminated with atmospheric pollution I doubt if I can use it.

We have no pollution the way we hear about it being elsewhere but all the same if rain water has seepted that may affect one's health.
