I mentioned in my last post that I was going to pick up some empty plant pots from our local hardware store. They had a lot of old ones free for the taking and I was able to get quite a few in a variety of sizes. I might keep a few but most I’ll give to my sister-in-law.
While I was there, I bought a few more plants for my vertical garden. I got two that will hang down and I’ve put them in the bottom row. One is a Senecio or ‘string of pearls’. I think the other is a Kalanchoe. I have a ticket for a Kalanchoe but it doesn’t give the species.
The photo is of a petunia plant I bought which has a purple and a red flower on the one stem. They both come off the same stem although I wasn’t able to capture that.

All the kalanchoes I've ever seen grow up, like a little bush, not down. This one is about done blooming for now.
