Heel and Foot Pain.

It all points to Plantar Fasciitis. I get heel pain after long walks or when I get to rest after long walks. When I wake up in the morning, I cannot just stand up and walk without feeling the pain. It says some causes are prolonged standing/walking, exercising or walking on hard surfaces, overweight/obesity. I am all that. There are more causes but these 3 hit me the most. I already bought a shoe insert. I saw one video that a night heel splint can help. I have not tried that yet and I am thinking of buying. It is just so funny that I am overweight and I walk for long periods to shed weight. And these two are part of those symptoms of plantar fasciitis. I love walking, but just standing up from a resting period after walking brings a lot of uncomfortable pain. Do you experience this?

I guess so... but what I am experiencing is that I cannot walk straight, I usually walk in a z line. Anyway I love walking, but I guess something is also wrong with my heel, there will always abrupt pain or something that electrify my vein in the heel and its so painful. Maybe because we should learn to walk normally -- I always walk in a haste, I don't walk slowly, I always run and walk faster... maybe that's why. Did you consult a doctor?

This doesn't happen to me luckily but I'm sure it's very painful. It's hard to lose weight without exercising.

I had that one time when I was training for a marathon. It is painful. It went away when I stopped walking/running so much. I think if you are going to keep walking alot you might want to get something specific for the condition.
