A chillier Independence Day in my country.

Good morning, friends. Today the day is chilly again and I´m alone. Diego messaged me that he would not come until after lunch. I´ll serve the lentils for dinner. Today, for lunch, I´ll make me a rice omelette. I was going to do it yesterday but afterwards I forgot. Tomorrow, is Diego decides to eat with me, I will make a seafood risotto. If he is not coming, I will eat something easier to cook. I´m glad that Luna´s vet gave meds and shots in such way that I did not have to give her anything later on. Luna is extremely clever and the only way I can get her to have meds is to buy weenies, make a hole inside them and place the pill inside. Even then, she sometimes manages to eat the meat and throw out the pill. But with Kharla she behaved. Kharla asked me for a bit of bread and Luna obediently ate the several pills she had to take. It is impossible now to buy weenies and I did not have any. Supermarkets are closed here until after the holidays. Dixie went to the mountains with a man who will fix several things in the bathrooms.
