A beautiful but rainy day.

Dixie and Humberto came and went away. We had a wonderful time. As usual they had problems and were late. They had a flat tire and Humberto had to change the tire and then go to fix the spare. But all is well that ends well. Humberto brought wine, opened the bottle and proceeded to make apperitifs with whatever he saw while I made the rissoto and Dixie set the table. It is so comfortable to be with them! I can be completly myself, even when Dixie wants to tell me what I should do. Dixie told me that I should look for a maid. I replied I would wait a bit more for Anita. I had promised her that. This evening I called Anita and she told me that she was starting to work again. She is coming next Tuesday. After they went away I took a nap. Later on I put away the food that was left. I have enough rissoto to give to Anita on Tuesday. And I have some chicken I can eat myself tomorrow. If it is still raining, I´ll cook a chicken soup. Now I´m resting in bed. Later on I´ll eat another piece of cake. Everyone of us ate 2 pieces of cake for lunch.
