It is already nine in the morning here. I slept around ten in the evening last night but I still feel sleepy today. I wonder why? Is it because recently, I stopped walking outside? I wonder.
I still am waiting for the laundry.
I already drink black coffee.
I might get a nap later.

I am feeling tired myself--it's only 6:49 p.m. here. Hope you get a second wind or a good sleep tonight.

You must have had some disturbed sleep in the night.
I like when I feel sleepy when it is time for me to sleep

Sometimes we just don't sleep as well as we thought, not because of when we get to bed. We could have disruptions we don't know about. Things happen.

Sometimes , our body yearns for more rest. I had that situation a few days ago. In those times, it is better to give the body a little more time unless you need to rush to office or somthing similar. I do give my body some time so that I could be better for things unless I need to go outdoors or have plans for the day. It helps most of the times as I would feel better atleast mentally. Perhaps you would overworked in last few days . Perhaps the power nap later would help you to refreshen yourself. Enjoy the day ahead!

It could be anything. Why did you stop walking outside? That is healthy.

I drink cold water or iced coffee to make me stay awake.
Maybe the ambiance or the weather added to your sleepiness.
Enjoy the rest of the week.

Sleeping too much makes me even sleepier. If you stopped walking, that could make sense. I noticed I feel more energetic after low impact workouts, I think the body learns to store and use energy more efficiently when you are physically active. I doubt you need to eat more, but only you can tell.
