My Late Lunch Yesterday And Bad Habit To Break

This is what I ate yesterday, egg sandwich with Mayonnaise for my late lunch yesterday with my very first coffee of the day.
Most of my readers know that I am a night owl that is why I always woke up so late in the afternoon. But maybe I will cut that kind of sleeping habit very soon because I know it is not very healthy, sleeping in the morning, waking up in the afternoon and shower in the afternoon is not good for my red blood cells.
I think I have to break this habit as soon as possible.
Anyway how about you? what do you ate and what bad habits do you want to break this month?

it is less destruction, but I think making it a habit makes my body weak and become less productive.

I got your same bad habit. I don't know if getting less daylight is such a big deal in terms of health, but I waste too many hours when I wake up late: there are many things I can't do at night and this makes me less productive than I could be.
I've been working on that though, I often get out of the routine but at least I got a plan to follow. I ran out of melatonin but there are other things I can do: working out during the day, going out for walks and taking a warm bath before going to bed somehow help.
And I strive to respect the alarm clock, getting up no matter how tired I feel. Okay, perhaps a few extra minutes. But not more than that.

Yes I agree, I become less productive also, because even though I am a wake I can feel my body is a little less energetic. I have to go out and see the sun tomorrow! Thank you for sharing, of we can both overcome this bad habit.

I used to go to bed at 10:00pm, but I've been staying up very late recently and sometimes I over sleep in the morning. Maybe I should start going to bed earlier again now.

My problem is when I sleep at 10pm I'll be up at 11 pm then 12 mn and then 1AM - and when it s 1 AM already it is hard for me to sleep. So I go back to my lot, I go back to house chores that I should be doing in the morning. Lol!

@luisadannointed Hmm. I see. I must say when I do go to bed it doesn't take me long to go to sleep.
