Do you approve of this graffiti on a restaurant table?

This restaurant I walked past had outdoor seating. Someone had done this graffiti on one of the tables outdoor. I don't know if this is permanent ink or something that wipes off. What do you think about? I'm not sure if the restaurant owner was aware.

Are those supposed to be words? If so, what do they say? Based on what I can tell, someone thought they'd be rude. I'm all for art, but to just do something like that's wrong.

I don't approve of graffiti for sure,leaving graffiti is nasty behaviour.However some nasty ppl did that.Hope the ink is not permanent and workers of restaurant can wipe it out.
