Dachshund rescued by concerned neighbors who was stuck in a storm drain

Thanks to the teamwork of rescue workers, neighbors and family members of a 16 year old Dachshund named Gary was trapped underneath a storm drain in Johnstown Pennsylvania on Tuesday afternoon after Gary had been underneath a storm drain.
The neighbors used cat food and toys to assist the rescuers to get Gary out of his trap safe and sound.
Rebecca who is the owner of the dog believes that Gary wandered away from home on Friday evening while Rebecca and her relatives were doing housecleaning.

An experience like that would be traumatic, and it was good a successful rescue was made.
A dog of that shape might easily be stuck in a drain
