aches and pains

I am going in early

I am not actually going to go in and work, but will go do some correspondence in the parking lot. I tend to get distracted at home when doing that. I was in bed at 7:30 last night. Lots of Fibro issues. I got ten hours of sleep but still have some muscle spasms. Jane and I will meet at Wendy's tonight. I will take Bob a burger when I go home. Monday we do not have classes, but my program has an inservice for CPI refresher in the afternoon. CPI is a tool to let us manage behaviors safely. I have no plans for tomorrow. Guess that is all I need to say. Have a great Friday, see you later.

I only know CPI is short for Consumer Price Index.You should take some medicine to relieve the muscle spasms.

Fibro issues must be really debilitating at times. I am so lucky really with my health although I have old-age aches and pains.
