Rain Rain... Go Away...

We have been experiencing heavy rains for the past two days due to the ongoing typhoon Julian. I surfed the internet, and some fellowmen lost their lives. There are so many infrastructures damaged because of it. At this very moment, we are in signal number 1. I think it is better than the other places with signal numbers 3 to 5. I like rainy days because of the cool weather but I do not like to have those typhoons and big rain

I also like it. As of today, I slept almost the whole day. However, I need to catch up with the online students. I wish I could cancel the classes, but we are not allowed to do this. The show must go on as they said.

Speaking of which, I do not like winter season. In my city, I am used to monsoon rain. I can bear the coldness, but on winter, it is not for me.

I hope everyone is safe. I don't like rains, I love summer. Why? because rains makes me sad, and its hard to commute going to different places when its raining specially when there are floods.

When I was still working offline, I really hated commuting while it was raining. We are fine. I had seen some places in Baguio City being flooded. It sounds weird, but it did happen.

I also do not mind if it is summer season. Besides, it is also beneficial for farmers to have some rain during the summer season.

I used to live in a place where heavy rains could pose a danger but after a major flood some precautions were taken. And I moved, although I miss living in that city. I'm so sorry about the losses, it's such a tragic event and I feel the outrage if this was something that could have been avoided. Stay safe!
