Another gray day here. I plan to either cook rice or have mashed potatoes for lunch with a piece of fried chicken breast with mustard. After I get ready, I´ll go upstairs to check and throw away some old papers I got out of the drawers I gave to Leticia. I haven´t done it in over a week but now it is time. I´ll be happy when I fill a bag with papers to take to the curb. I´m not sure if the truck who comes to recycle bottles is interested in paper too. My brother, who owns a van, separates junk in 4 different bins. Dixie also has some giant bins for recycling that all owners of the apartments use. I sometimes feel very guilty.
