Halloween Costumes

When I was a young girl I enjoyed playing dress up. My mother loved jewelry and I loved going through it. So for Halloween, my mom would make me up as a gypsy. I had a peasant blouse and many long skirts. The jewelry went on my wrists, neck, ears and anywhere else I could think of to wear it. I must have gone out as a gypsy for 4-5 years straight. What was your favorite costume when you were a child?

My favorite (and maybe only) costume as a child was a gipsy too. My mom had a lot of inexpensive jewelry that she could lend to me and had no problems if one was lost.

I was a gypsy when I was about 5 years old...I have a picture of me that Halloween. I don't remember any of my other costumes. Have a good weekend.

A witch, who would have thought?

Mom would call me a gypsy when I used to wear lots of plastic jewelry as a kid, but when I was too young to choose, she got me in a pink cat costume.

Oh, yes. Some moms want to make their kids so cute for Halloween. My daughter does a witch thing every year.
