While at school I remember reading about New Zealand and their prairies. I never imagined that one day I would see them.
While on a tour of New Zealand (South) there I saw along the roadside acres of prairies with sheep grazing - countless of them. I was told rain or shine they will be found there, healthy and strong. I was totally mesmerized

They also have thyme growing high up on the hills. Wonder why it is so parched where you live. The whole world is having heavy rain this year.

Now I am jealous, one place I always wanted to see. I did get to go to Australia, but its pretty much the same as America, just their own style. I have learned islands of countries are much different from mainland, sometimes good sometimes bad, but all at least know use your own brain because no one coming to save you. It shows true colors if people still cool at the end of the day I always thought.

I have been to Australia as well but each country will have their own characteristics. New Zealand specially the South is pretty with lots to see.

We were taken to a sheep shearing spot. Lanolin was sold quite cheap there.
I did notice there were not many people
