There is a water problem in my neighborhood.

I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before going to the kitchen and the faucet started to make sounds, throw air and then the water came brown. I said my favorite curse word in Spanish and called my brother who lives 2 houses away. But my brother has decided to live his life to the utmost. And they were out of the city, in a spa that had springs. I don´t blame them. They have the money and my SIL has been having some awful pains that no doctor has discovered what it is. So now they are trying alternative medicine and springs. If I had the money, I would not need a pain to go to the wonderful springs we have everywhere in my country. So I took out a piece of frozen chicken breast and will make a soup with the clean water I have in the water heater. I will make a sandwich with the cooked breast and some leftover mayo and will boil until softened an egg in the soup. I am VERY hungry! I can bear the lack of electricity, but the lack of water makes me feel very dirty. So after I eat I´ll take a nap. See you later

Yes, I will choose no electricity nut not clean water. Though it is not okay not having electricity but I would love to have a nice bath everyday and wash all the dishes everyday, plus we need clean water in cooking. I hope you'll get better very soon. I don't have much money for my laboratory that is why I am delaying it for a month.

Having no water isn't good at all. I hope the issue has been sorted by now.

The water is on now but I did not like it. I did not even have to open the 2 giant bottles of water I bought before it started to rain this year. Up to then authoriris were saying that if the drought continued, we might have water cuts.

I know how you feel when on occasion the water is not working in my neighborhood due to the city employees working on repairs.

Water and electricity have been having problems since the big rain. It seems that they are repairing problems.

Water challenges are happening in some cities across the globe. We do have water challenges where I reside. We depend on water supply from water tankers and well , we would have filter them and then use. In your case, hope the water issue was fixed. It is always nice to keep some water in stock for emergencies such as these. We do store water upto 30 litres just for emergencies and replace them every 15 days . I do agree that lack of water is serious than the lack of power. Withourt water, there is no point even if we have electricity as water is more essentail for living. Well, you enjoy your day ahead!

Yeah, brown water sucks. One time they had the guts to say it was drinkable. Good you still had some clean water left in the water heater.
