Got inspired by @JudyEvx to use uncommon words and yes have you suffered from Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis? I am sure many would have. It is a lung disease caused by inhaling some of sort of silicane dust. This is the longest word in the dictionary having 45 letters Easy to pronounce - Pneumono - ultra - microscopic - silico - volcano - coniosis So you learnt a new word I am sure. May be you already knew it too! Smart I say.

No, I never heard that word before. I would hate to have to know it for a spelling bee.

If I do suffer from it, I hope to be cured of it by the time I remember how to read and spell that on my own .

There has been a lot of talk about workmen inhaling silicone dust but I don't remember seeing the word. I probably tuned out at the length of it although, as you say, it's easy enough to pronounce.

Yikes. If I had it, I'd hate to try to explain it to someone. I do have Condochondritis, though, which I sometimes find hard enough to say.
