David Lorenzo, 82, lost his United States Naval Academy class of 1964 when he and his dad were playing golf at the Uniontown Country Club near Pittsburgh in 1970.
Michael Zenert, 70, was playing golf at the same golf course recently when he saw David's ring near the fourth green after rains did expose the class ring when Michael decided to try to locate David when he saw a podcast where David was speaking about his experiences in the military.
Michael then traveled to Pensacola Florida to the National Naval Aviation at the Naval Air Station where David works as a volunteer to reunite him with his class ring on Monday October 28 which was posted on social media.

What a bit of luck. It is so nice that it was found after all these years.

I am in agreement with you that 54 years is a long time getting his class ring back.
