Do you have varicose veins?

I have some varicose veins, those thin ones, I think they are known as Spider veins. In the summer I tend to have a feeling of heaviness and pain in my legs. I've already had some treatments (sclerotherapy with needles) but they didn't help much. In February I had laser treatment for the first time to eliminate these varicose veins and I had good results. Today I have my second treatment. It's quite painful but it's worth it to get rid of this. Do you suffer from varicose veins? Picture of the clinic where I will have my treatment.

@anya12adwi Many people get surgeries to remove those worse ones so I think it can lead to something serious.

I have varicose veins, & B-4 I went in the hosp last year I didn't have any problems with my legs but now if I am on my feet for too long they start bothering me.

It is the same with me, if I am on my feet for too long it starts to be very bothersome.

@nela13 When my feet & legs get to aching I go take a nap or depending on what time it is at night I'll go to bed to get them to stop.

I have spider veins also, but given my age and my family history, I am getting off fairly easily.

@nela13 I have bursitis in one of my ankles and that pains me pretty badly, I do not feel anything from the veins in my legs, but they are very faint.

@LadyDuck This time I felt more pain than the first time, there are times of the month when we are more sensitive and I think that was my case.

That is good to hear, I also notice some good results. The treatment is quite painful so I really hope it works.

I have those thin, purple veins and those are the ones I'm treating. The treatment is painful and expensive but I have good results.

I believe so no, and I am not hoping to have in the future... I always walk and make sure to put pillow under my legs as I sleep.

it's a good thing that nowadays we have solutions to such problems. i'm glad you can afford them

thank God, i don't have varicose veins, but i do have one really visible vein on my leg. it doesn't bother me though. good luck with your second treatment

Yes, there are new solutions and this one, despite the pain, is very effective. I have those thin, purple veins, not big ones, but they are very bothersome.
