I have been sneezing non-stop. The only thing that's somewhat helping is putting a 2 layered cloth mask on. Now the sneezing has kinda reduced but its still on. I love winter but I hate this! How are you all? Do you sneeze a lot during winters too?

yeah montec lc and mask is helping a bit. However, I have to look into a permanent solution for this too. Its impacting daily life.

Too much sneezing can be so exhausting . . . that happened to my daughter last week with all the winds. She and my husband say masks help them too. I've been doing certain facial massages for almost a year now - it's really cleared out my sinus issues and for some reason I don't sneeze as much anymore.

@Dreamerby Someone told me too that nasal irrigation has helped them with allergies - I haven't tried that though.

Probability of catching a cold during winter is high. So , yes the chances to sneeze and having a running nose is high. For me , yes I at times get common cold during winter and do sneeze at times. If I have a running nose or if I sneeze a lot , I prefer to be at home and not travel outdoors. And I am allergic to dust , so that gets me sneezing right away. Life other wise is busy as usual . Like I mentioned earlier my weekends are similar to weekdays. I am pretty sure you are having hot water and hot food whenever possible. Usually a common cold last 7 days or less. If it is getting prolonged , do visit a doctor . Take care!

I’m not sure if I sneeze more in the winter or not. I do tend to use a saline nasal spray in the winter, and that keeps my allergies from bothering me, which probably keeps me from sneezing.

I'm sorry about this. I don't think if I sneeze during cold weather here. Or maybe because we don't have winter here so I am not noticing.
