Robbie Carpenter.75, was driving her auto in Marysville California on Monday afternoon when her auto fell into an irrigation canal on Larkin Road when her auto landed upside down in two feet of water.
Robbie must have an guardian angel watching over her since Marysville residents Cyle Johnson, 28, his wife Ashley Martin, 27, were visiting a home on Larkin Road when their daughter was playing in front of the home when she saw the auto accident and she told her parents what she saw.
Cyle jumped over the fence as well as his wife and into the canal to rescue Robbie who was inside her auto with her seatbelt on by opening the front door when an eyewitness used a knife to cut the seat belt and get Robbie out of the auto when the first responders came to take Robbie to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The police are grateful that Cyle came to the rescue of Robbie in the auto accident.

@Deepizzaguy It's just sad that that there not that many anymore! You can't even trust your neighbors anymore!

@kareng It is a shame indeed that good people in our world are not around that much anymore.

I am in agreement with you that being conscious underwater is scary.

It could be bad eyesight or being sleepy behind the wheel.

@Deepizzaguy Health issues in the elderly also can play a role (younger people, too, but more often in the elderly).

@porwest Sad to say but true since law enforcement officers get angry when eyewitnesses play news hound instead of helping someone in need.

A lot of us would our part to either call for help or try to save someone in need in an accident.

@Deepizzaguy One would hope so. Others might just pull out their phones to post a video on YouTube of the carnage. lol
