Animal control officers catch a loose hog in Tacoma Washington.

The Tacoma Police Department sent their Animal Control Unit to capture a female hog that was running on the streets on Friday November 15. The female hog gained the nickname "Notorious P I G" was caught by the Animal Control Officers and taken safely by her captors to the Rusty Bar Ranch in Roy Washington where the hog who now goes by the name Tori can now live the rest of her life at the ranch with another hog who was rounded up by animal control officers in Auburn Washington recently. I feel sad for that hog. They catch dogs like that here. It isn't very comfortable for them.

I guess pigs are not registered with microchips like dogs are, and so the owner might be hard to find too. Somehow, it must have gotten loose.
