I was doing s little Christmas shopping at kmart and came across this multiple times - drink cups and bottles shoved into the shelf between items for sale. It was a hot day and there were obviously people walking in with a drink, but I'm surprised that so many people just discarded their cups like this!

They could just have easily put it in a trash bin. Have a good day.

It looks like they were too lazy to do that.

These are the same people who can't even put their cart away when the corral is five feet from them. I hate people like this.

That's really inconsiderate. It doesn't take much effort to find a bin somewhere.

I wonder where they have bins in these big stores.

@pitstop The check-out lines would have a bin but you might have to ask the customer service people to take the rubbish for you.

The worst part is that the people who do this would be exactly the ones complaining about higher prices, and yet, are CONTRBUTING to higher prices by taking employees away from essential tasks to just clean up spaces that should not need the extra attention.

People nowadays simply are rude and have no manners, and don't mind leaving their messes for others to clean up. You can't fix stupid, and that point is driven home every single day.

The store workers have to now work harder to clean up the store.

@pitstop Yep. And the time they spend doing that takes away from time doing more productive things, and that means...you guessed it...higher prices.
