At every Christmas party I have always had oranges as part of refreshment. The smell of oranges when they are peeled it permeates the venue and I always associate this smell with Christmas. We always had oranges at Chrsitmas but not at any other time during my childhood. I therefore see that I give out oranges at every party.

We are spoiled here that we have oranges in our markets all year long. But our trees at home recognize winter to ripen. What a special and healthy treat for your guests!

@allknowing - We have oranges during summer, but they are not very good, dry and not sweet.
