70 days until spring. It's going to continue to be really cold.
La Nina has arrived with colder temperatures. They say it's not going to be as bad as it could be.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken Marsala, rice, squash, broccoli, Mandarin oranges
Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffin
Dinner - Buffalo chicken/provolone sandwich

We just started winter. I'm waiting to see a good amount of snow and see it stick around. Cold here too. Too cold to snow. 
There is finally snow in the forecast. I can only hope it will be a lot and not a little. I don't want to see grass when it snows.
Your meals look good. I had oatmeal for breakfast along with an almond butter and sugar free jam sandwich. I ended the day with a double mushroom Swiss burger from Culver's. That put my calories way over budget. I'm not looking forward to the scale this morning.

As I look out the window as I write this, there is snow falling. Ugh. We were expected to get another 2 inches today, and it looks like it may be coming.
For dinner I made baked chicken thighs with fried potatoes and buttered green beans on the side. Yummy.

That lunch sounds like some Indian dish...is that Chicken masala or marsala.? Chicken masala with rice is an Indian dish.
Your meals sound good
I had some moong lentils pancakes with soyabean curry and curd for my lunch today. It's almost time to cook dinner. I am going to make egg curry and chapati.

I went out!!!!! I had a chicken taco and salsa at Chuy’s!!!!! Then came home for some chicken veggie soup, yogurt, fiber, and apples for dinner.
