Back to my jogging routine

I started my daily jogging routine in August last year. I felt really good going to jog everyday, sometimes twice a day. I started to sleep much better, and feel much healthier. It was raining quite frequently in November, and I was also busy with my work, hence I stopped my jogging routine. Once the routine was broken, I just became lazier and lazier. Finally, I went jogging again yesterday evening and I slept well again last night. It's so nice to have a good sleep. Do you like jogging or do you exercise? I'm sure jogging would help with your sleep patterns. I'm afraid my jogging days are over.

I don't jog. I just go on walking whenever I can have time. Most of the time, I'm doing zumba.

I never liked to jog and can't jog anymore. I get dizzy and fall down... I used to lift weights for years but got lazy and stopped. I'm happy to see you on myLot. I hope you and your family are all doing well.

Good for you. I cannot jog or jump. But I can walk fast.

I like to exercise for health reasons when the weather is safe for me to walk outside.
