The tech from One Hour air came out on time and was able to fix our system. We had a leak, and the part was easily replaced. Now the ac should work this summer as it's designed to. For what we paid for it, it sure as hell better.
I am thankful he was able to fix it and he didn't charge us to fix it because we apparently did that in advance. Go us.

Last year was miserable. And, with George slacking off a bit on his recovery, we didn't get a lot done last summer.
