Yesterday my youngest granddaughter, who is six, was diagnosed with Fifth Disease and got a day off of school. She went to the doctor and was told this is a viral thing and that it was on its way out of her system and that she was no longer contagious. That meant that she was back to school today! She was not a big fan of that verdict, especially since it was Friday. She told her mom on the way to be dropped off at school that "Next week, they start homeschooling!"
